Service 02Discovery and qualification
Discovery, qualification, correspondence and placement coordination managed as one workflow, so the publication is chosen before the pitch is written rather than after it is refused.
6 of 40 candidates survive qualification
Discovery, qualification, and the correspondence that follows — run as one workflow rather than a list handed to a mailer.
A spreadsheet of domains with metrics attached, assembled by somebody who never opened one of them.
The same paragraph to two hundred editors, which is why one hundred and ninety-eight of them ignore it.
Most publications publish exactly what they want. Not reading it first turns a placement into two commissions.
The same publication approached twice in six months, by the same person, about the same client.
A site that sells its editorial and does not say so — which changes what the placement is worth and what it is.
A reply arrives, a draft is promised, nobody follows it, and the opportunity quietly expires.

How white-label delivery runsPublications found through the topic rather than through a database — who is already writing about this, and on which section of their site.
Readership, publishing activity, editorial standard and whether the section is genuinely edited. Most candidates fail here, and that is the work.
Word count, sourcing rules, link policy, internal-link expectations. Every publication states them; almost nobody reads them before pitching.
One angle, written for that publication, that an editor could have commissioned. Not a template with a name swapped into the first line.
Revisions, follow-ups and scheduling handled in one thread until the piece is published rather than until it is accepted.
Approached, declined, published — recorded either way, so the same publication is never approached twice for the same client by accident.
ResultA verified live URL, logged against the campaign.
Every row is an artefact — something you are holding at the end of a week. None of them is an outcome, because an outcome is not something a supplier can hand over.
Publications grouped by what they already cover, with the section each one covers it on. A domain without a section is not an opportunity.
Every candidate checked against relevance, readership and editorial standard. The rejections are recorded with a reason, not deleted.
The stated rules, read and written down before a word is drafted — link policy first, because it decides whether the placement is worth pursuing at all.
A specific piece for a specific section, not one article shopped around until somebody takes it.
Pitch, reply, revision and scheduling in one thread, so nothing waits on somebody remembering to check an inbox.
The published page opened, the anchor read, the destination followed. A final URL or it is not counted.
Who was contacted, when, about what, and what they said. This is what stops the second campaign repeating the first one's dead ends.

Publisher sections placed into
San Diego plumbing and service-area pages. One product, opened into the questions its buyers were already asking somebody else.
View the full case studyThrough the topic, not through a vendor list. If a publication has already written three pieces about drain cleaning, it has a section that covers it and an editor who commissions for that section. That is a real opportunity; a domain with a high score and no relevant section is not.
No. Every placement in the record is editorial. Sites that charge for what they present as editorial are declined, and the reason is recorded — not because paid coverage is worthless, but because it is a different product and should be bought knowingly.
Whether the section is genuinely edited, whether anybody reads it, whether the topic belongs there, and what the stated link policy is. Domain metrics come last. A strong score on a site that will publish anything tells you about the score, not the site.
As many as the topic supports, which varies enormously. A document-workflow campaign has hundreds of plausible homes; a garage-door campaign in one Colorado suburb has very few. Padding the second one with irrelevant sites is exactly the failure this service exists to avoid.
It is logged with the reason and the publication is left alone. A decline for the wrong angle is worth revisiting with a different one; a decline on policy is permanent, and pretending otherwise burns the contact for every future campaign.
The live URL of everything published is in your campaign record, so you always know exactly where you have appeared. The working prospect list stays with me — and where two clients compete in the same market, their lists are kept apart rather than worked in parallel.
From approach to live is usually a few weeks and occasionally a few months, because the publication's schedule decides it rather than mine. The record is monthly for that reason: it tracks what went live in a month, not what was started in one.
No. No individual backlink can guarantee a ranking position. What outreach is accountable for is relevance, editorial quality and a placement that actually went live and can be opened.
